Erek Wildner is amazing!!! He was absolutely phenomenal while helping my buyer through the home buying process! He is responsive and never meets a beat! Hands down he is the best lender I have ever worked with. He’s what it takes to get the job done. His attention to detail is outstanding. He is proactive and not reactive. I will definitely be sending buyers his way! Thank you Erek for being an outstanding Lender!!!

It was and excellent experience working with the team at New American Funding. Ryan O'Donnell was our agent and he did a superb job going to bat for us and keeping us updated each step of the way. We would not have been able to secure our forever home without the support from Ryan and the New American Funding family. I would certainly recommend this company above any other. There's no need to look anywhere else other than New American Funding for your next home purchase!

We purchased a property recently, and Adam Yang was our loan officer. We had a wonderful experience without any stress during those days with his service, and he liked a very reliable and trustworthy friend. Adam always works hard and is very professional. He helped us with everything and answered all our questions very patiently. We can get the timeliest response whenever we needed, especially on weekends. We can never expect to precede the closing of my new house on time without his thoughtful help. We will refer him to anyone who needs help on their loans, and we hope more friends may reach out to him to be a lucky one like us! Thanks a lot, Adam!

Nadyne was extremely communicative. She gave me regular updates during the transaction and would check in weekly to see how she could help the clients find a home. I was very pleased with all of her hard work!

Scotts communication skills were top notch and he did not miss a beat. He kept me and the customers informed every step of the way and is truly in it for them. Any time I had a question he was quick to answer or get me an answer if he was unsure, in a timely manner. He took great care of not only the buyers but me as their Realtor as well!

To whom is may Concern, My wife and I recently purchased a home and did our financing with Golden Connor at New American Funding. Let me tell you that our experience buying a home was the most stressful experience thus far in our life. We found our perfect home, however, No one told us buying a home with a pool could be a problem with a FDA Loan and the home appraisal. However, our circumstance was different because the seller left the pool equipment a mess and electrical wires laying around with the pump disconnected and nobody knew about this. The pool was covered but a mess underneath and the pool liner was destroyed. We knew going in the pool was not operational and that we had plans to fix it after closing. Because the appraiser said the pool needed to be fully operational due to health hazards that's when the problem became reality. So we had to decide is this the home we want to buy or not? Here is our obstacle we are moving from CA to AR and had to drive across country and leave everything and everyone behind. We decided this is the home for us and convinced the seller to allow us to move in and take occupancy for 30 days and pay for the pool to be fixed. Short story is we fixed the pool and closed on our loan. This was not easy to do and required alot on my part to fix myself (Its good I am the Handy one in the family) My wife and I are self employed to throw in another wrench and we sold my truck to get our LTV correct to finance what we needed under my name. Golden and his team at New American funding had our back the whole way and grinded out our loan docs and locked our rate for us and got the loan done. My piece of advice out of all this would be, If you are buying a home make sure the pool is up and in working order, If you need to lock your rate because you extended past your 30 days beware its going to cost you more at closing, have your finances organized and be ready to put in work if your self employed. Make sure your taxes have been done by a professional. They are very thorough at closing, not to say were hiding anything you just need to have your PNL and taxes and bank account matching. Any income over 2150 had to be verified and backed by invoices and contracts. Thanks again Golden and Diana you guys made it happen and are the real MVP here. The Perry's
