Bob, Lisa and Athena are great. Buying a home in the Bay Area can be very stressful especially when you buy the house of your dreams before you sell your current home. The part that makes them more amazing is we did not know we were going to do this two months ago. They were able to get us through the process and by some miracle we were able to qualify for the down size house we wanted. They are very on top of the information that you need to supply and they are very supportive and understanding when things get a bit frustrating with the banks. In the end we got the loan at very good rate of interest. I am a happy to say we closed on our new home in Willow Glen and just got an offer on our home in Almaden. Thank you Bob, Lisa and Athena.

Our house hunting process began almost two years, three mortgage pre-approval cycles, and three offers before we found our first home. Bob has been a tremendously positive resource and knowledgeable guide thru the whole process - from initial consult, loan pre-approval, offer writing and presentation, loan brokering, and finally closing. He is patient, knowledgeable, and was always available for last minute offer-writing requests and general motivational discussions. He would gladly run through every mortgage option available and tweak the numbers for me, until we ended up at a solution that worked best for us. Through each stage, Bob was our advocate, and helped us feel like our experience was unique and special. Through his hard work, we ended up with a super low mortgage rate, and ensured that we closed on time by guiding us through the loan approval and funding process. In the end, we couldn't be happier with our experience and outcome from working with Bob!

As first time homebuyers, we had a lot of questions about our rate, type of loan, estimated monthly payments, closing costs etc. But throughout our home buying journey, Bob always made himself available to answer all of our questions. Bob always took the extra step to make sure that we understand everything and feel comfortable with the documents that we were signing. All in all, we had heard a lot of stories about the loan proces being tedious and slow. But for us it was a very smooth experience as we always had Bob and his team there to help us.

Working with Jeff was seamless. Jeff was highly recommended to us when we were looking to refinance our home. He and his staff were incredibly efficient and helped to make the steps proceed quickly. Normally it's such a pain to gather all the information but Jeff worked directly with our accountant to lessen our paper gathering. I would go above and beyond to recommend Jeff to my friends!
