From the first moment I spoke with Cyrena on the phone, I knew this would be a different experience I had before with the loan process. At no point did Cyrena make me feel as though my questions were unimportant and I always felt as though I was important. She was available for any concerns throughout the process and checked in with me to make sure I knew what to expect and what was needed to move forward. This has been by far the easiest and most pleasant experience we've had obtaining a home loan.. I previously stated that I feel like I truly had a case of Post Traumatic Stress and Anxiety from my past experiences. Cyrena and her team cured that Stress and Anxiety.
