Great service

Bien Nguyen really pushed for me to get this home he made sure with respectfulness and genuine concern we keep the progress running smoothly making sure no added expenses were made to stop the progress throughout this process.He even made me aware of the First Time Home Buyers Certification how a percentage you will have to pay back once you sell your home I wasn't aware of with the program I went through to obtain the certificate.Thank You so much. I know without this amazing team I would not be in this home and I will be forever GRATEFUL!!! I can not express My Gratitude enough.My circumstances for being in this situation were very hurtful with My past Landlord where I was trying to purchase a prior residence and lead paint was found through out the home and with the landlord refusal to remediation to ensure the home was safe I had to leave the home of 14 yrs. When I explained this to Bien He really made me feel like He cared and said with positive mindset We will find you a HOME!! HE will never understand how I felt relief and safe with just a kind word and his determination in making sure this process ran smoothly..When My back was against all odds He found a way to bring me hope when I was in a place of temporary hopelessness..I just have to share this the home I was in prior the landlord would not allow me to retrieve my things My Refrigerator,My Stove My Washer and Dryer which I purchased and so many other things,which I fell into a brief state of sorrow Look at how God works what I thought I lost. God allowed this Great Team to find a home with a reasonable price that had Every Appliance I was not able to retrieve look at God!!! I wasn't made to leave my prior home due to anything like payment of rent , utilities or destroying the property only because I did not purchase the home that contained Hazardous Lead .I knew that house was not meant for me.He had other plans through NAF and this once again Great Team to allow me to move into a home that was intended for ME!!! I can never Thank You enough for everything .I am praying NAF have a Prosperous New Year Thank You for Everything!!!

It started off well and Mallory was great to work with. I appreciated the hard work that went into getting my pre-approval and working with her to collect documents and staying with me while I got my credit to what it needed to be to qualify for a loan. My first processor seemed like she was on top of things asking for necessary documents and such. I don't think it was necessarily Tina's fault but towards the end it all felt very unorganized. My attorney's had a difficult time getting ahold of anyone on the phone and things were being asked for at the very last minute. The closing was pushed back due to documents being missing and there were even things requested after the closing and after the funds were dispursed. I feel like things should have been done sooner than they were and the end of the loan process would not have been so hectic for everyone.
