Melanie was communicative, professional, knowledgeable, and proactive. No question was too "dumb." She was patient and kept me abreast of where we were in the process. I applied to at least 5 lenders and though i was prequalified by all of them, Melaniie went above and beyond by anticipating needs and she showed me that she was there to help make sure I was successful in this process instead of a gatekeeper whose sole purpose was deciding if I would get the loan or not. She made sure that I got the best rate available and that was something that I didn't get from the other lenders. Melanie was simply a joy to work with.

Communication is key and Melanie and her team did that all the time! Days, nights, weekends. Always available. I appreciate that, especially being an out-of-State 1st time homebuyer.
