Melanie was extremely easy to work with and made our loan process as simple as possible! She was professional, informative, and quick to respond to inquiries. She went above and beyond several times - especially when we thought we had a problem arise and needed to get in touch with her over the weekend. She was able to handle that issue wth calm reassurance and then went above and beyond again on the night before closing to fix a mistake that I made with the title company. I can't recommend Melanie enough, working with her was an extremely easy and pleasant experience. When we finally made it to the table on closing day, we got to see her wonderful personality in person. Thanks to her, the closing went smoothly and was completed in a quick forty-five minutes!
