Drew demonstrated excellent communication skills by consistently providing timely updates throughout the process. However, there was an issue with the paperwork, as my name was misspelled in the deed of trust documents. Although I identified and reported the error during my initial review, the same mistake appeared again in the updated documents. Even in the final set of paperwork, the typo persisted, though the notary was able to correct it during the closing at their office. Aside from this issue, the rest of the process was straightforward and smooth.
