It was nice to get such a quick closing date. The paper process was fast and convenient, using a secure electronic system. But Melissa was also available in person to ensure that I stayed on schedule.

Amazing experience all through out. From the first call when Melissa Gibson picked up (no other loan companies responded btw) to the quick & responsive emails Emily Harris and other members of the team that answered all my questions & concerns all the way to date of Closing, it has been a phenominal ride. Just be courtous, do what they ask, treat them with respect and you'll do well.

As a lot of reviews before me have stated - Melissa can get the job done. After spending a month and a half with a popular online loan company and getting nowhere, we found out about Melissa through our realtor. We promptly cancelled our loan and started over again. In less than a month we closed on our home. We couldn't be happier. Thank you Melissa!

Funding a new home with Kim at New American Funding was wonderful. She answered all my texts and emails promptly and was very knowledgeable. She was also very friendly and easy to talk to. I would definitely recommend this company for anyone needing a mortgage!!

I will start off by saying it’s VERY HARD TO PLEASE ME!! I gave her such a hard time base on the lenders I had before "From the moment I called Mrs. Melissa Gibson. I felt a sense of honesty and my gut told me to choose her. I went through 3 different lenders before her trying to choose the right one for my family. I was nervous about working with someone based on past experiences with trying to buy a home but Mrs Melissa was different. She was honest with me, informative, and She allowed me to ask the most questions, and she answered them where I could understand. She won me over by keeping her word. I trust what she tells me, and feel excited about my future goals. I also had the pleasure of working w/ Stacey as well, she was very helpful and such a sweetheart!

Melissa and her team at New American Funding were a joy to work with.I switched mid stream from another lender to them and got a much better rate, better service, clearer answers and communication. They were still able to close it on time! They don't sell the loan either. They kept me up to date each step of the way on the progress of the loan. I highly recommend them.
