I just had to share how great my experience was refinancing with David. Honestly, I usually dread dealing with anything mortgage-related because it feels so stressful and complicated, but David made the whole process incredibly easy. From the start, he was just a normal, down-to-earth guy who clearly knows his stuff. He explained everything in plain English and was super patient with all my questions. I never felt like I was being rushed or sold to; I just felt like I had a partner who was looking out for my best interests. What really stood out was his communication. He was always on top of things and got back to me so fast whenever I reached out. It took all the anxiety out of the process because I always knew exactly where we stood. The closing went smoothly, on time, and with no surprises. If you are looking to do a refi, definitely call David. It’s rare to find someone this good at what they do who is also just a pleasure to work with.

When every single other lender told us that is was NOT possible, New American Funding made the impossible possible and we closed!!! It truly was a miracle and the loan officers and processors never gave up and did everything possible to make it happen. Never dropped the ball, always reachable, clear with instructions, honest and ethical. I’m beyond blessed to have found NAF!!! If you see this message it’s your sign to give them a chance I did and couldn’t be happier I still can’t believe we closed it truly was a miracle and early Christmas gift !! My wife and I had been referred to the jean group by a family member and had a Great experience during the purchase of our first home. They were able to comfortably explain the process so we felt confident in our purchase. We bought in late November of 2016 and they were able to get a closing accomplished within 30 days so that we could move in on Jan 1st. And amid they process of them seeking out lenders they found a special program that we qualified for that saved us $7000 from our down payment without changing any rates or fees! A+ !!
