Lynn is extremely knowledgeable and was able to configure our loan and the closing arrangements to exactly meet our needs. Her experience with the processes and local requirements were invaluable to us and saved us money by avoiding transfer tax and an appraisal fee on our refinance. She was also extremely motivated to help us close in a short timeframe. Finally, her judgement enabled us to lock in a very good rate during a period when the rates were highly volatile day to day. This is the third loan I’ve closed with Lynn in 3 years. Each time we have been very impressed with the service she provided and will absolutely be referring her to family and friends.

Lynn was professional and thoroughly explained the process to me even though I had many questions. She handled my initial loan and made me feel so comfortable with the terms that it only made sense to call her when it was time to refinance.

I highly recommend Lynn she was instrumental in getting my home purchase approved! Lynn was a pleasure to work with. While purchasing a home is during any time is stressful she helped me navigate the system with ease during the COVID-19 pandemic.
