Funding a new home with Kim at New American Funding was wonderful. She answered all my texts and emails promptly and was very knowledgeable. She was also very friendly and easy to talk to. I would definitely recommend this company for anyone needing a mortgage!!

I will start off by saying it’s VERY HARD TO PLEASE ME!! I gave her such a hard time base on the lenders I had before "From the moment I called Mrs. Melissa Gibson. I felt a sense of honesty and my gut told me to choose her. I went through 3 different lenders before her trying to choose the right one for my family. I was nervous about working with someone based on past experiences with trying to buy a home but Mrs Melissa was different. She was honest with me, informative, and She allowed me to ask the most questions, and she answered them where I could understand. She won me over by keeping her word. I trust what she tells me, and feel excited about my future goals. I also had the pleasure of working w/ Stacey as well, she was very helpful and such a sweetheart!

They were still able to close it on time! They don't sell the loan either. They kept me up to date each step of the way on the progress of the loan. I highly recommend them.

We purchased our house in 2017 & Melissa Gibson did our mortgage. We closed earlier than originally expected. Looking back I will agree with all the 5 star comments - Melissa is amazing at what she does. She is knowledgeable & gives you access to her 24/7. I didn't say it then but I will say it now - Melissa Gibson is the only person you need to call for a mortgage. Hands down the best mortgage transaction we have ever had.

Close at the Speed of Light The speed and communication appeared effortless. Melissa also matched my previous loan approval interest rate and gave the same product with better, faster service. I will send everyone I know who is purchasing a home to her office. After returning to the US from Germany, Melissa and her team got me out of temporary housing and into my forever home in 3 weeks.
