Dean is a creative problem solver! He is a tireless adviser and had the tenacity of a beast while getting us through an arduous VA process while I was changing employers. This was the perfect storm of financing against the odds, and he took on our challenges with ease. My respect for Dean is only rivaled by his care for my family. We are in a very happy home now, thanks to his work with us. He was someone who answered the phone at odd hours, helped me with the wording of letters that would cue the underwriters and calmed my nerves when times were tricky for us as first time home-buyers. My family has a home thanks to Dean.
