Wonida Welch is one of the best loan officers I’ve ever worked with. Every closing I’ve had with this company has been on time! The loan process isn’t always smooth; there are usually a few stumbling blocks in the process and she goes the extra mile for the client to get things taken care of. As a real estate agent this means everything!!
