Brooke Cowart was everything I needed from a mortgage advisor and more! She helped me and my husband purchase our first home during a very stressful and uncertain time. Brooke was always available to text or chat about my concerns and needs. She made the process feel less like a business transaction and more like a conversation with a friend. Our bank offered us an outrageous rate for a mortgage and we thought purchasing a home was hopeless, but then we met Brooke and she kindly helped us purchase the right home for a price and rate that we were comfortable with.
