We found Cardinal Financial on bankrate.com, and Kendra was just happened to be our loan originator. Aren't we lucky? With her advices, we was able to get the lowest interest rate in the market that we was qualified for. We was house hunting for a long time, and Kendra was always keeping us inform with the current interest rate and market trending. After almost a year, we finally found our home. Our offer was accepted on the 11th, but the seller want to close by the 30th of the same month. Amazingly, Kendra and her team made it happen as she told us. Our experience with Kendra Lamanna was delightful. I highly recommend her.

I was skeptical about what it would be like given the horrible experience I had with my last two purchases with other mortgage companies. The short version is that Kendra was AMAZING! She walked me thru not only the process of acquiring the mortgage, but also the emotional aspects. I hit a pretty big bump in the road due to a foreclosure by my ex-husband that had nothing to do with me. Kendra called the law firm (my attorney has since retired) that handled my court case 3 times and somehow convinced them to scan and send her the documents that allowed things to move forward. It turned out to be 90 pages. She also called the lender my husband defaulted on to add to my efforts of getting a letter releasing me from any connection to this. We closed on time without a single glitch. My only hope is that I am able to refer others to Kendra. By nature this is an incredibly stressful process. Thanks to Kendra I knew she was giving me 150% of her efforts every step of the way and therefore there was no need to worry.

Kendra consistently checked in on us while we were in the process of finding a home without feeling like she was hovering. She went out of her way to try to beat rates from another big bank that I actually work for to stay competitive. While working with the big bank, I could tell I was just a number in their queue, but Kendra is very personable and took the time to get to know us and our unique situation.We highly recommend others to work with her, and we will certainly consider her in the future!
