Kendra at Cardinal Financial was nothing short of accommodating. Available any time of day for questions, comments, or concerns. Kendra researched my needs and helped me get into the loan that worked best for my family. What is usually a very stressful process was made much easier with Kendra. My fiancé and I purchased our first home in April of 2019. We worked with Kendra and her team from the initial pre qualification all the way through closing. I would highly recommend Kendra (I already have to two individuals), to individuals looking to purchase a home for the following reasons: She is quick in responding to any concerns, texts or emails, she is extremely knowledgeable, as a first time homebuyer she held our hand through the entire home buying experience and most importantly she was pleasant! Kendra was amazing during the process. She made herself available almost at all times if we had questions. She stayed by our side throughout the process and even called after the closing to see how it went, and EVEN followed a couple weeks later! Who does that!?!? It was a time crunch, and I had to go with a different lender. Given a little more time and slightly different circumstances, I would have gone with Kendra. She was fast to respond, and worked really hard to gain my business. My first call will be to her on my next property purchase, and I will definitely push my friends and family her way.

Kendra was amazing from start to finish. She answered all of mine and my husbands questions within a timely manner. This was our first home purchase and we have heard horror stories from other friends and family.
