Kendra was on top of my financing needs from the first time I spoke with her until the end of closing, and ever after. She followed up with me after closing and keep me in the loop from the beginning. An absolute pleasure to have her assisting me with the mortgage. This is the second time I have utilized Cardinal Financial for a mortgage lender and they have been awesome each time. I will without a doubt use them again!

When I first contacted Kendra she was willing to help me in any way that she could. It took me about a year or so to be ready to purchase a home. Kendra went above and beyond to make sure that I became a home owner. I would let everyone I know to be sure to work with her.

I just want to say working with Kendra was a great experience. I am a first time home buyer so i basically knew nothing about the whole process. She walked me through everything step by step. She helped me apply for and get qualified for a NC first time buyer grant. Which saved me alot of money up front. I just cant say enough.
