Kendra is the best and I have purchased many houses in my lifetime! She is very resourceful and works for her client. Some loan officers offer you standard loans and conditions, but Kendra makes it work for her client. I love working with her.

I was initially wary about using a non-local lender (Cardinal is based in a different state than we live) but Kendra sold me from our first phone call and I didn't regret it. She answered all of my questions with patience and honesty. She ran through several options for our refi, talking me through the details, explaining the jargon and aspects I didn't understand without being patronizing, and really making sure I understood the pros and cons of each. She stayed in touch throughout the process of underwriting, politely but persistently poked me to complete documents to ensure things kept moving, and answered questions and clarifications even after the loan had technically moved out of her department. Excellent!
