my situation was a little messy but Ryan and team were able to get it done. Ryan was patient and explained things in terms I could understand while also finding ways to save me on insurance as well. Even though my payment increased while dropping a point, I know now everything is done correctly.

Choose Kendra! Kendra was absolutely amazing to work with and was able to pull off a double header - closing on the sale of our current house and the purchase of our new house on the same day, with the signings just a couple hours apart. I work in the mortgage industry myself and can attest this is a very challenging to do, but Kendra was an absolute professional throughout the whole process and we were able to sell and buy a house on the same day without a hiccup. I highly recommend Kendra. She will not only get the job done, but you can tell she truly cares about her clients and will do everything in her power to make sure you get the best deal and close on time. If I could give higher than 5 stars, I would!
