Josh, Katie and others worked my refinance through multiple delays that were no fault of their own (Covid-19, title issues, etc.). They always responded to email and phone communications in a timely and professional manner. My wife and I have owned four homes over the last 25 years and been through probably 1/2 dozen refinances.
