The whole process was very pleasant. From the moment we made contact all facets of the process was done with speed, efficiency, and in a cordial manner. Knowing which documents were needed, giving feedback on completion, and not being repetitive in requests for information.We needed a closing to be done in 30 days and the whole process was complete in less than 30 days.

Working with Kendra was a real pleasure. From the very beginning, I found her to be extremely professional, responsive/attentive, and genuinely interested in helping us get through the refinance process. She always returned my emails/phone calls promptly and didn't make false or unrealistic promises. She was fully engaged through the entire process and made it very easy. Kendra was fantastic to work for and helped us from start (pre-approval) to finish (closing). We had a few difficult issues with our loan that were completely outside of Kendra's control (issues with the deed/title and property appraising for lower than expected), but she helped through everything best as possible. We ended up with low closing costs and a great rate! We highly recommend working with Kendra.

Everything went smoothly up until the very end when there was a lot of back and forth. Did not get the amount required to close until 4:30 on the day we were supposed to travel to close.
