As a first time home buyer I had no idea what I was getting myself into. Kendra was so friendly and helpful. She made everything very easy for me to understand, and helped me look into different options to find what worked best for me. She was extremely prompt in returning emails, and even called me on her day off to check in to see if I had any questions. Due to a unique government program for first time home buyers in my state I had to go with a different lender licensed in this particular type of loan, but I really wish I could have continued to work with Kendra. When it is time for me to move in the future she will definitely be my first call!

There is nothing I could add for Ms. Lamanna to make better. She was a pure delight to talk with. She was professional in her knowledge, courteous in her interaction, personable in her approach and communication, and in the end not only does she know her stuff about mortgage loans but she also leaves you with the feeling that a friend is looking after you.
