I'm so happy I chose to work with Rhonda for my residential home purchase! When I sold real estate in Western Washington, she was my preferred lender and I referred my buyers to her because I know service would be excellent - and they were happy with her once they chose her. Fast forward to 2025 and I purchased in Arizona and Rhonda was able to help my husband and I buy our dream home! She was so patient with us as we asked questions, and she provided weekly updates and responded right away to texts and emails. We never felt like we were bothering her, and even though she lost her precious cat during this time, she remained professional and continued to work (although we encouraged her to take some personal time). Rhonda is a joy to work with and there's no question she can't answer or find a solution for. She is warm, caring, incredibly knowledgeable, and helps make this stressful time a breeze because she does not get emotional and stays very even-keeled. We loved working with Rhonda and high recommend her to anyone looking to purchase real estate or refinance!

Rhonda Porter is the most honest and thorough mortgage lender I have ever worked with. She analyzed our finances and provided us with a bullet list of things that we needed to work on in order for us to successfully purchase a home.
