I was referred to Portia several years ago when I was looking for homes in the Paonia area. We kept in touch and when I decided I wanted to move to Littleton I asked her if she could help me get a mortgage and she did! She had moved to New American Funding and despite switching companies she was still able to help me. She was efficient and knowledgeable and always responded in a timely manner. And she got me a good rate for my mortgage. I am happy that I was able to work with Portia.

My boyfriend and I were lucky enough to receive a recommendation to reach out to Jason to help us secure a mortgage and buy our first home last year at the age of 28. Not only did Jason help us make that far-fetched seeming dream come true in a difficult market, but has also helped us with any questions that have come up since and I can honestly say his support and wealth of knowledge has helped us save money, time and a lot of stress. 10/10 would recommend to my family and friends.
