My family has used New American funding twice now and both times Stacie Urner was our representative. She always made sure to keep in constant contact with us, let us know what was possible, what was needed, and made sure that the entire process was smooth sailing. My husband and I were both very apprehensive about buying a house because we know that the mortgage process is grueling, and it is an common for people to feel very judged when they are going through this process because your entire financial situation is scrutinized. Stacie never made us feel that way. We had such a good experience with her when we bought our house a year and a half ago that when we were looking at refinancing when rates went down, we went straight back to her. Literally within a week of us asking about refinancing she had locked in a rate and we closed a few weeks later. I can’t say enough positive things about her. Because of her, we were able to get our dream home, and then again able to reduce our mortgage with her help.

Being a first time home-buyer with no knowledge what so ever in the process or what to expect was nerve recking. Stacey Urner turned that process into a nice experience by giving me as much information upfront about the whole process and what to expect. She took the time to inform me all the steps that where going to take place and which step we where on to make sure I was never overwhelmed. She responded quickly with every question and concern I had so that I was able to fully understand everything.

Stacey did an amazing job at keeping up with our months long lending questions. She was very quick to respond at all hours. Easy to work with and made our lending move exceptionally smooth. I have used New American Funding before and I am glad to have used them again!

We approached Jason Jean & The Jean Group as first time homebuyers and they could not have made the process any easier. Mike Allen, our loan officer, always responded extremely fast and went above and beyond in guiding us through the process. We would recommend the Jean Group to anybody looking to buy a house, especially if it is their first one!
