I got referred by my sister in law to this amazing place and hands down its been the best experience . They helped me since day 1 to become a first time home owner. Working with New American Funding to purchase my new home was an absolute pleasure. From the first day to closing, the process was easy (that is not to say that I didn’t have to provide information because I did). The staff that I worked with were efficient, informative, and a pleasure work with. Ms Starr is aptly named as she was a star through the entire process. She made me feel valued, ensured I was kept informed every step along the way, anticipated my questions and was generally one of the best off-site individuals I have ever worked with. New American Funding is lucky to have such a “Starr.”

My partner and I purchased our lovely new home with the help if the Jean Group of Academy Mortgage. They were accommodating, thorough, professional, and communicative along every step of the way. My partner was a first time home-buyer and they worked their magic in organizing the loan in a way that got us a great rate, an affordable payment, and smooth closing. Not to mention 2 business days before closing they scrambled to re-pull our credit (at our request) and managed to get us an additional rate decrease due to some improvements on our end with paying things down. Did I mention it was 2 days away from closing?!? They reconfigured our numbers, got us a new closing disclosure and savored our special date. I highly recommend to anyone purchasing a home to let the Jean Group support you in that journey. You won’t regret it! Thank you! You guys helped made our dream come true. I worked with TaShonna while representing one of my sellers. She was great at responding and keeping me updated throughout the transaction even though I did not have the buyers side! She answered phone calls and text messages no matter the time and made the process very smooth for a listing agent! I would recommend and excited to add her to my lender list for buyers!
