Jake Van Cleave all the way! We weren’t sure whether a refi was a good idea considering the rates but he did extra work so we saw value in moving forward. He was willing to work with us on just the right payment as well as rate so we felt 1000% comfortable. I recommend him for all mortgage needs to anyone who appreciates the person touch from someone who cares.
