Phenomenal. I did not have the easiest situation, I'll not bore you with the details, but it wasn't a simple loan. Jason got to work on it lightning fast. Every single member of the team that I worked with was polite and courteous; but even more important than that, they were upfront and honest and set realistic expectations throughout the FHA process. You have a lot of choices when it comes to refinancing and I'm sure some of the other companies could do a fine job... but I know for a fact that the Jean Group will exceed your expectation. oh, and the technology they offer to get paperwork to them is second to none. Amazing experience, if I ever end up refinancing, I know where I will return. Mike, Paula and Jason - thank you for everything you've done - you are all the gold standard of your industry.

I truly believe that the experience that I had with the Jean Group was the BEST that I could have had buying my very first house. My adviser (Kris Q.) was so patient and clear in his demeanor explaining the entire process to me (with some items - multiple times) there is much involved and he was wonderful. With buying a home for the first time, things can become overwhelming, and can make it easy to become discouraged, NOT with the Jean Group. They took all my financial worries away - I was given clear instructions on what documents to have available and for them they were needed, due to this my closing took place without ANY issues & in the quickest amount of time possible. I truly believe I would not be in my new home if is was not for them - I cannot thank them enough - I will / have recommended them to others that are thinking of buying a house.
