With interest rates low, we decided to refinance our home. After listening to a presentation from Mann Mortgage, at a Chamber Event we knew that they were the right company for us. Since they are a Christian Based operation, we knew they shared the same morals as our family. Their customer service was excellent, friendly and made it a pleasure to do business with them. I can't shout loud enough how great Jake and his TEAM are. When I thought buying a house was out of my reach, they helped me get into my very first home! Chester, Liz and the rest of the team at Mann Mortgage are the best. I have used Chester for 2 transactions now and every time they have been great. Jake provided clear lines of communication via email, text, and call and was very personable. Anytime I had questions about the process or tasks that I was assigned, he was able to provide me the proper guidance for all inquiries. During the early steps of the process, he was quick to send the figures I requested and would always get them to me the same day. He was there every step of the way to provide updates from his end and made the entire process from start to finish seamless and stress-free.

Service was amazing! Skip and his team were very attentive and assisted me every step of the way. Although, the process moves through several departments, Skip ALWAYS made sure to reach out to me with any updates. He took the time to make sure that I was comfortable throughout the process, and even assured me several times that we would close within the time frame he provided :). He and his team made it happen and I cannot express my appreciation enough. If I go through this process again, Skip would be my go to! ??
