I cannot recommend too highly Phil Caulfield’s services as a loan broker. I have obtained other loans in past 35+ years for both residential and commercial properties, including apartment buildings, and I have always dreaded the process, in part, because of the complicated demands and procedures of the underwriters. Phil made this process much easier and less stressful due to his knowledge, experience, and expertise, as well as his prompt and consistent attention to the lender’s demands and my compliance with its requirements. I recently worked with Phil Caulfield to refinance my home. This is the second time I worked with Phil on a refi and I would highly recommend him. The refi process can be demanding and highly detailed oriented, but Phil made the process so much easier. His attention to detail, expert guidance, responsiveness and collaboration made him an ideal partner to tackle this. In the two years between the separate refi's, Phil would periodically touch base to let me know about changing interest rates and home values. I appreciate that level of customer service. I'm so glad I took advantage of the lower interest rate while it was still available and I'm very glad I worked with Phil again. He's the best.
