Jake Van Cleave was the person who obtained our VA construction loan for us. He was up front from the start, telling us that he wanted full approval which took a little longer rather than starting and then pausing and then continuing. The whole process went together, although it wasn't fast! We knew it wouldn't be, especially with as many people applying for loans as we are! We think he did a very good job and we would use him again!

Jake Gregory and his team have been working with me the past 2 1/2 years. My boyfriend and I originally wanted to buy a house back then, unfortunately we couldn’t. Jake and the team still checked up on us at least twice a month during our “break period.” We found out we were expecting a baby and immediately realized we needed a home to raise our baby girl in. Everyone instantly jumped on every opportunity to help us. They explained everything anytime I had any questions or didn’t understand something. We searched and searched for a home. Jake and his team got us there! We closed on our house yesterday and we are so excited!!!!!
