Excellent service and loan products

Phil Caufield is a professional in his field of mortgage brokerage. I have always 3 requirements of people who I chose to do business with. 1 is communicating with me on a timely and truthful basis. I don’t need surprises or last minute requests for documents or explanations regarding my mortgage application or financial requirements to make me loan eligible. Phil is great at anticipating requested or required documentation earlier than later so we were prepared for any funding questions of the lender. Number 2 in my list of requirements is Integrity and Phil has always shown to me that it is part of his DNA. I always feel like he is looking out for his client (Me) and getting financing that benefits me first rather than what might benefit him first. Number 3 is demeanor of the person I am dealing with. Phil is always calm and reassuring and knowledgeable about the process of obtaining a loan and that goes along way for a client who is often under short time constraints to close a loan. I certainly thought of Phil as a partner to me whose primary goal was to do right by me and obtain the funding I needed to reach my financial goal. He delivered in a professional and timely manner.
