I highly recommend Allie Penny of LoanDepot. From the first time I spoke with Allie I felt like I'd known her for years. She hand carried me through the loan process and was always available to take my calls. When I didn't understand some part of the process Allie would take the time to explain it to me in detail. Her customer service is second to none. She really needs to write a book or hold classes on customer service. I recommend contacting her if you have any mortgage requirements at all. What a great, caring, person!

Phil was fantastic! We were turned down by another lender, but Phil was able to find a loan that we qualified for, and that fit the criteria we were looking for. He and his staff were responsive, helpful, patient with my questions, and very conscientious.

My wife and I went to home depot jake gregory team seeing to get a loan for a house. Next thing i know we are working on the loan. Allie Penny was such a blessing to my fiance and I as we started to navigate buying a home. Allie answered the millions of questions we had and was quick to answer no matter what time of day.
