Another successful home purchase with the help of Mann Mortgage! This is my third time going through Chester and team (2 purchases and a refinance), and they were as helpful this time as they were the first. Huge shout out to Liz for helping keep my head on straight when additional documents were needed, and being very patient with me. My wife and I had a baby in the middle of this process and with the help of Mann Mortgage, we were able to put family first and still close on time. Thank you!!!!!!

I met Phil's sons before I met Phil. His boy's are great young men. I now know why they are solid young men. Enough about Phil's boys. Phil is a true professional. He communicated well, follow through was great and the final touch was when he showed up to the document signing. My wife and I really appreciated seeing him.

Very professional and always willing and available to answer any and all questions that new or experienced home buyers would have. Sonya was pretty much the point of contact for us, answering questions, returning calls, and responding to texts and emails, but the whole team was great! It can definitely be a stressful process, but the Jake Gregory Team was there to help us through it every step of the way. 5 stars for their team. : )
