Excellent service!! Helped us with an out of state move into FL and made us feel very welcome. Quick and efficient work each time action was needed. You also don’t expect hospitality coming from a loan service, let alone when done virtually! But her sweet demeanor, charm and general care for our family’s needs every step of the way is why we will definitely use Allie’s help again in the future!

My wife and I just closed on our new construction home in Jacksonville last week and we are super excited to move into the neighborhood! None of this would be happening without our lender, Allie McLaurin Penny, making it happen during crunch time. Long story short, we had to submit two loan applications with the builder when we went under contract late December and it took almost three months to push them through but we did not receive a conditional approval. We were getting apprehensive about our contract and we contacted Allie hoping she would approve us for a loan. Our closing date was delayed only by a week but Allie took over our contract and closed us in 10 days. Let me reiterate! ALLIE AND HER STAFF TOOK OVER OUR FILE AND WORKED DILIGENTLY AT ALL HOURS TO GET US CLOSED BY THE END OF THE MONTH IN 10 DAYS WHICH IS MIRACULOUS IN THE LENDING WORLD. We are so thankful for her services and she literally changed the dynamic of our family. During the process. she was extremely responsive, more importantly compassionate and conceded how important this move was to our family. One time I asked to speak her to manager, with no questions asked her manager called me 30 minutes later. She dealt with me being a little obnoxious and a nuisance at times towards her because I was so nervous on losing the contract. From here on out, Allie will always be my first call for my lending needs and I will highly recommend her to future clients, friends, and family. Thank you again Allie ??

Chester was prompt, friendly and helpful at all stages of the loan process for our family. When we found the property that we liked he came to our home on the weekend from his camping trip to look at our paperwork and by the next morning we were preapproved. Chester locked our rates at the best possible moment during the turbulent period for the markets. The staff, especially Elizabeth worked hard and overtime to get everything done on time. Allie and her team were wonderful to work with! She helped us make our move from Hawaii to Florida much less stressful. From signing documents electronically to closing, everything went smoothly. She explained everything that we were signing to where we could understand, and made us feel comfortable about signing. All of our text and emails were answered within a reasonable time, and we were in constant communication with her. She was able to secure the best possible rate available, and was creative in looking for different ways to get us the best deal. Bought our home with only looking at pictures, videos, and description of the home/community. Best decision we’ve ever made!!!

Phil was an absolute delight to work with. He helped us buy our first house in April 2015, and we owe him a big thanks for that. Few highlights: 1. He was always available to meet us face to face in his office, and also answered the phone and emails promptly. 2. He was very patient in explaining all the options that were available for securing the loan. Since we were first time buyers, there was a lot to learn. 3. The pre-approval process was a breeze - we gave him all the documents and he gave us the pre-approval in a few hours. 4. We only had a 10% downpayment for the house. Phil helped to secure the 90% loan without a PMI (our excellent credit rating probably helped), which was a big plus. Saved us a few hundred dollars per month. 5. His rates were very competitive without having to resort to aggressive negotiation. When I approached Phil, I had also approached 2 other lenders, and found that they would offer something equivalent to Phil's only after I disclosed to them that I had a better offer in hand. 6. Once we made an offer on our home, Phil and his team got on top of the situation and raced through all the necessary work to secure our loans and close the deal. Due to heavy work load (month end), there was a two day delay in closing the loans... but since Phil had been aggressive with the loan processing in the beginning, the closing was still well within the timeframe that we had put on the house offer. 7. After all the interactions with him, we are left with the impression that he was very dependable, eager to help and very honest. These qualities made it a pleasure to interact with him. We are really happy that we brought our first house with Phil's help.
