Jared has always been a great lender to work with, he's always available and that's what makes it easy to come back to work with him a second time. Funny enough, when I signed on my first home in 2021 he said that he can tell that I would buy another home within 5 years and surely enough 4.5 years later I'm buying a second home with Jared once again. I will most likely work with him in the near future, I don't see a reason not to. Highly recommend.
