As first-time homebuyers, we could not have found a better lender than Jake. He answered every question we had, was friendly, professional, and attentive. He was also very flexible when we were sending him properties to run numbers on and then inevitably changing our minds and sending something new in a couple of hours (sorry Jake!). He jumped through the hoop to make a house work for us that several other lenders couldn't make happen. He listened to our wants, and treated us like a friend he was looking out for. We could not be happier to have had Jake in the process of getting our first home! Thanks again Jake! (Seriously--work with Jake!)

If you need a load, GO TO JARAD!! he has your best interest at heart and will give it to your straight. he has literally held our hands through this whole process. he’s is knowledgeable and will answer all questions even if it may seem silly, if he doesn’t know the answer he will get back to you super soon. i couldn’t have asked for a better loan agent. i talked to maybe 5 other people and they did not compare to jarad. If i could recommend him to everyone i would!
