My name is April. I recently bought a home and Bri was my loan officer. I can say 100% she was amazing. She started working with me months before my rental lease was up when I wasn’t certain if I was buying or would even qualify to buy. She took the time to help do a soft pull and give me an idea of my budget. Followed back up with my months later to see if I was still interested when my lease was closer to ending. Once we decided to proceed she worked closely with my realtor and her whole team was amazing. Her communication is great and was always willing to answer my questions and was very quick about it. We had Ben Wagenblast of Mann Mortgage do our purchase 4 years ago and when we chose to downsize this year, we went right back because of how well he did then. He even exceeded that experience in this purchase! There were unique challenges involved that he solved extremely well. He communicated and handled issues with two Title companies, three brokers that even included a 1031 tax deferred exchange--and the VA--with skill and professionalism. As an attorney and with a wife who is a CPA, we are hardly neophytes or easily satisfied. Mr. Wagenblast deserves an accolade!

I would HIGHLY recommend Mann Mortgage and Chester Freeman for a home loan. We just built a new home in Walla Walla, Washington and it was a very stressful process. Chester and his assistant Liz were absolutely the best to work with. Even though they are located hours away from where we live, they were always quick to respond to every question that we had and their guidance throughout the entire process was extremely helpful :) We are so very thankful for them!
