I have been a Real Estate agent for 10 years now. Nicole at Fairway Mortgage is my preferred lender. I refer all of my business to her because she is always take great care of my clients. In this business, it's very difficult to find a truly great lender that protects their buyers to make sure they adhere to the terms of their purchase contract. Nicole ALWAYS makes every attempt to make sure the buyer closes on time. I don't think we have ever closed late on a transaction with Nicole as the Loan Officer. Nicole offers many types of different loans including FHA, Down payment assistance, Conventional, and VA loans. She's awesome and I highly recommend her!

This is bar far the best Mortgage company. Fairway Mortgage is very attentive, trustworthy and always making sure to answer any questions I have. Which I had a lot. Nicole is great and super informational. She mad the process super easy and stress free. Just closed on my home and was very impressed with their services.
