Thanks to Ben and his team! My husband owns his own business which affects his taxes including the amount he reports as profit. I was appreciative that Mann Mortgage took the time to work with us to finance a home we really wanted but weren't sure we would qualify for. We're so happy in our new home!

I worked with Chester and got preapproved for a new house before I sold the one I was in. Then I listed my house abnd it did not take long to sell then I had to find a new one in a hurry. Well I found a house and we had to close on my house I was selling and close on the new house at the same time and Chester and his team made it all happen. My realtor was so impresed witht the way it all went she said she was going to start sending people to him also. I have since reffered several people to him and his team as they are the best. Chester even showed up at my singing which the woman at the title copmany said that never happens. If I could give more than five stars I would. Chester and his team deserve 10 stars. Thank you for the great job Mann Mortgage.
