Nicole Carpenter helped us immensely with buying our first home. She held a first-time home buyer meeting & explained the different types of loans, interest rates, so many things that you would never think of if you weren’t familiar with purchasing a home. Nicole communicated with us through-out the entire process. She helped us see what our monthly payments would be on multiple homes before we found what would be ours. It was very appreciated how straight-forward Nicole was about financing. Nicole has a great team behind her to answer emails as well. I would recommend Nicole to anyone who is in the market of buying a home & would like someone who is going to be 100% honest in this stressful market.
