My experience with dealing with Bret stevens and team at crosscounty was exceptional gratifying. Whenever I had a problem with anything I would just call him and he would help me with his best ability and most professionalism. I'm so thankful to have been a customer and now a new homeowner thanks to them. I would highly recommend their services to my family and friends in the near future.

Bri is WONDERFUL!!!! We are relocating to the area and were looking to rent because we didn't think we could get approved for a home loan given my fiance was starting a new job. After speaking to someone in real estate, we were directed to Bri just to get her feedback on the what our chances of buying would be. (We really wanted to buy and not rent, we just didn't think we would be approved) She was extremely helpful and informative and was not pushy at all. Long story short, she got us pre-approved within 24 hours and we closed on our first home two months later! Bri always answered my calls no matter what time it was. She always went above and beyond and took her time to break things down for us as first-time buyers. She exudes positivity and you can tell she really enjoys helping people. Everyone at Fairway Independent that we had is absolutely amazing! They really care about their customers and it shows. 1000/10 recommend!

Brett was very helpful and always responded promptly to my questions. I was able to get all of my mortgage documentation completed in a short time frame to work with an expedited closing date. CCM was very easy to work with.

Brett Stevens is a Grand Master when it comes to Mortgage Financing. I admire is work ethic, I was surprised when Brett was giving me update about my mortgage application on Thanksgiving day, you could tell is dedicated. In my case Brett did the impossible, the application/processing/closing was just in one week.Not Mincing words here, Brett is an absolute Class Veteran in Mortgage Financing. Bri and her team were outstanding! This was the smoothest refinance I have ever done . From initial application to closing in 2 weeks and a couple days they always communicated and kept everything easy to do. Everything they needed could be uploaded , I did it off my IPhone .
