I highly recommend Brett Stevens as your go to person when purchasing your home. My experience with Brett and his entire team at Cross County Mortgage has been nothing short of excellence. From beginning a month ago to 31 days later closing on my first dream home. Priceless!! Brett was very accessible to me whenever I needed him and basically held my hand throughout the process. You will not receive this same service with online mortgage companies (in my honest opinion). I most highly recommend him to anyone looking for a smooth and efficient transaction with people who really answer their phones and get what needs to be done actually done. This is an amazing company! Especially Bri and Lauren! They were always a text or call away at any questions I had which mostly were probably crazy/dumb me being a first time homeowner! They even referred a Chris guy that’s awesome he found me the lowest insurance rates and switched my car insurance to save money! I can not say anything bad about Fairway because I’ve never had a bad experience with them! I promise if you want to buy a house this is the way to go! Low down payments as well! My bank was asking 9.5% down or something similar and didn’t pay half that through here!!
