We are grateful for ALL of Lauren's help!!! Her team's assistance with the entire loan approval process and explaining everything to us about the loan procedures during escrow reassured us significantly - there were times we honestly wanted to give up, but Lauren communicated the process to encourage us that we were ok! She answered all of our questions and made herself available to chat when certain circumstances would come up. If it wasn't for her encouragement and wisdom, we probably wouldn't have made an offer in this housing arena during Oct 2023, especially with the high interest rates (we were able to get a 3-2-1 buydown, with conventional loan). She made possible our ability to close today and are beyond excited to move into our new home!
