A friend of mine recommended Richard when I decided to buy a house. He called me right away, he is very knowledgeable, and explained the process well, so I wouldn't have any surprises. Richard was on top of everything, every step of the way, and was very communicative when I needed to sign something, or submit paperwork to them. Every step of the process was completed efficiently, and in a very timely manner. We had some logistical issues that threatened to delay my closing date. His team pulled off a last minute miracle and we closed on time. Working with Richard was a pleasure, and his great customer service doesn't end after closing. I closed a month ago, and he still answers whenever I call, helps me with issues (self induced) and answers all my questions. If I ever buy another home, Richard will be my first call.
