We had no hesitations when deciding to buy a new home who we were going to use. We used Tracy 5 years ago when we bought our first and it was the most streamlined and easy process. This time was no different and throughout the whole process we were never overwhelmed, never confused on the steps or what was happening, Tracy answered our calls any time we had questions, always answered our emails no matter how petty. Truly the best experience I have had with a loan officer. Richard and his team went over and beyond with answering any questions we had, both literal and theoretical. He was always available to communicate via email, text, or call. Also loved the experience of being able to conduct the entire process digitally with all the forms that we needed to sign.
