OMG if you haven’t use this guy to help you get a loan or refinance a mortgage then you’re going to the wrong place. Richard and his team were on their game by getting us the best rate and the best deal in finding a loan in Albuquerque New Mexico. Richard and his team also were able to help us refinance some other properties up in Los Alamos and Santa Fe. We did not only to save money. We gain a long time friend. He has been servicing New Mexico for many years, and he still continues to be in touch after the fact, which is very impressive.

I have used Tracy top help me buy two homes now. He diligently answers questions and always has his client's best interest at heart. We were approved for closing almost a week early which was huge during this busy market. I'm not planning on buying another home, but if I do, I'd call Tracy again!
