Dane and his team were WONDERFUL to work with! I was a first time home buyer. From the very first conversation, Dane put me at ease about the upcoming process. He was friendly and incredibly candid with his answers to my questions and in going over all my options. He was happy to take whatever time was needed to explain the process to me which gave me the confidence to move forward and really pursue my dream of owning my own home. I was still trying to find a buyer's agent to work with. The realtor he recommended turned out to be the perfect match for me as a first time buyer. I was particularly pleased with the communication and ongoing support from him and his team. They were always quick to respond to my questions as well as send me much needed reminders of upcoming deadlines and check lists for all the documentation I needed to gather. They were able to offer me the lowest interest rate and most attractive terms at a time when inflation had interest rates on the rise on a weekly basis. I work 2nd shift and even with my off hours schedule, Dane would answer me as soon as possible - even if it was just to acknowledge my question and let me know when I could expect an answer from him. He and his team at New American Funding took so much stress off my shoulders throughout the mortgage lending process. They helped me move forward confidently with their professionalism, great communication, and willingness to provide the highest level of support. I can now proudly call myself a home owner. Reading all of the reviews that Mr Quintana (Area Sales Manager -The Mortgage Guy )Felicia Marquez (Transaction manager) and Erin Moya ( Office Assistant ) this team have, honestly done what no one was able to do for me in years!!! And as I looked at Union Mortgage reviews I could defiantly identity with many of the people who have put reviews out there in fact I could identify with everyone, just like each one has expressed about their experience, I too have experienced the same , from asking all kinds of crazy questions all the time, the stress and insecurity but guess what they were 100% re-assuring in the process and next to you all the time, I could call these people and answers were give to me all the time and knowing they are professional they know exactly what needs to be done to get the loan, by this you know you are truly in the right hands, my anxiety and insecurity were always gone by the end of each call, one call and big peace of mind:). Mr Quintana gave me as a team members, Felicia, and Erin these young gals know what to say, what to do, and when they don't know they tell you too :) and then they find answers, they are nothing short but pure knowledge added to the team!!! My experience has been nothing but absolutely positive!! I want to thank Mr Quintana and Mrs. Felicia and Mrs. Moya for all they did for my family and me because of them we now have a beautiful home!!!!

We seriously lucked out with finding Dane through a random internet search! My husband and I were first time home buyers and somewhat nervous about the entire process.
