I worked with Matthew Burnham and Tyler Jokinen. Everything was straightforward and clear, found a house, they set up a timeline and plan, and we got it done efficiently. Gave easy access to resources for insurance and utilities that streamlined and consolidated all of those steps, and all of the NAF employees involved with my mortgage were always available to help over the phone or email. They even got all my utilities set up with one phone call. If you do your part of the process, they will do theirs efficiently and effectively to get you where you need to go, when you need to get there.
