Decided to go with NAF specifically for the level of communication I received from Craig and his team; even over a slightly less expensive option from a competitor (rhymes with Kwicken). Paid off in the end when our first seller backed out and we had to turn around on another property in 3 weeks - I didn't think it was possible but they got it done!

This was the best mortgage experience I've ever had. I've had 4-5 mortgagees and a couple of refi's and I can honestly say this one by far was the easiest and least stressful. Craig was always in contact with follow ups and I think what speaks the most is what he said he did. He always made sure he called me if I had questions rather than send an email. Craig and his team were a pleasure to work with. I will definitely recommend and use them in the future.

This team ROCKS!! I tried to refinance my home back in March with my same mortgage company only to get denied after 3 months of waiting. Once New American Funding took my same info we closed in 5 weeks!! ALSO she got me a better interest rate, with no mortgage insurance! Whoop Whoop! Craig and his entire staff were very professional and courteous at the same time. We had to make an adjustment in our loan processing which was smoothly handled. They processed our loan in an extremely timely manner and were always available if we had any questions. We especially appreciated Craig's advice on certain matters. He was very informative. Overall, it was a great experience.
